Security Guard Training NZQA

27360 – Conflict Management Theory (4 credits)
27361 – Conflict Management Practical (4 credits)
27364 – Introduction to the security industry (4 credits)

Regardless of where you work, or who you work for, all guards holding a COA with the following endorsements must complete the programme which includes:

• Crowd Controller,
• Personal Guard
• Property Guard

The 27364 can be exempt for any student that has completed a National Certificate in Security. Others will require it as part of the course, completed by open book distance learning and brought with them when attending the day long course.
